Y’know Asami has every right to be a little jealous right now. She not only knows that Korra clearly likes Mako, courtesy of Ikki and Korra’s amazing reaction to it, but she can see that they’re clearly close. Why is the poor girl getting so much hate for being, gasp, a teenage girl reacting in a totally justified way?

Asami is the innocent party here. Much as I love Korra, she kissed Mako knowing full well he was going out with Asami. And Mako is even worse for returning the kiss when he already had a girlfriend.

It’s like poor Asami can’t do anything right. She’s either ‘mary-sue’ perfect, or she’s a ‘jealous bitch’.

At first I was like “Oh no Asami please take the highroad.”

But then I remembered that Mako never gave Korra a clear “no” and instead decided to keep her hanging by a thread.

Also she kinda kissed him.

So yeah she kinda has a right to be upset about dis gurrrl mackin on her Mako.
